A ministry would like to create an information portal to be shared by its 10 specialised resource centres. We have to bring together, in one system, all the specialised vocabularies, lexicons or thesauri from each centre.
Firstly, a comparative audit of the languages and practices of each centre is implemented. This audit is used to propose operational evolution scenarios. There is an emphasis on multi-base retrieval using already existing languages, in order to improve how the portal is used.
The proposal relates both to structuring data and presenting access criteria as well as ergonomics.
An organisation creates for two distinct audiences an electronic information tool, based on a professional guideline in paper format. The objective of this project is to develop two new lists of enriched vocabulary for each target audience (users and prescribing physicians). These lists are made available online.
A public organisation wishes to greatly improve access to its operational information. Unified access to “public” or “private” databases on the intranet calls for a restructuring of their content. The proposal concerns structuring information, research, methods and work organisation, in order to develop the portal at the heart of all the organisation’s services.
For the urban community’s information service, a study will be carried out into the service’s practices over the last ten years in order to redesign its positioning. This project will take into consideration the existing situation and changes to the environment (technical, political, organisational). At the end of the study, the proposal will include strategic orientation, new positioning for the 2 target audiences (internal and external), impact on functionalities as well as on the services provided
